To develop and implement the most impactful strategy for Tricon, it was important for us to get under the skin of the brand. In-depth discovery sessions and research into the business and its stakeholders informed our recommendations and led to the creation of a positive digital experience, which reflects Tricon’s values and ambitions.

Key to our success was understanding the numerous stakeholders and their needs. This included new customers, financial institutions, and creditors, as well as its own employees and future talent. It was vital that the content resonated with all of these different audiences on a global scale.

Web design and development

Central to achieving Tricon’s goals was creating a new website, which would better reflect the company’s global reach and international customers. The website had to be easy to use, engage the different user types with relevant content, and have a striking look and feel.

The Merchant team designed and developed a new search engine optimised website, based on UX best practice. We further developed Tricon’s visual identity to support its brand positioning and cultivated a digital image bank to clearly convey Tricon’s offer.

Stakeholder engagement

To support internal communications, our design and content editors took responsibility for ensuring a consistent style and voice for Tricon’s monthly internal newsletter, distributed digitally among its global employee stakeholders.
