As we increasingly move towards the widespread adoption of Artificial Intelligence in business, our Merchant CTO, Dan Meineck, will be discussing the impact this emerging tech is having on traditional digital marketing activity and how effectively it can be used with both B2B and B2C audiences.
Taking place at our Merchant Head Office in Southampton on the evening of 13th June 2019, Dan - who is regularly invited by Microsoft to guest speak at international technology events - will share his industry-leading insight into AI and Chatbot technology in a one-and-a-half hour session.
The evening event, in conjunction with the CIM, will begin at 6pm with informal networking, after which Dan’s presentation will start at 6.30pm. The floor will then be open for questions before concluding with an interactive workshop, during which Dan will illustrate, with examples, how chatbots and AI can be applied to positive effect in a range of businesses and offer a good ROI.
Throughout his talk, Dan will demonstrate the effectiveness of chatbots in understanding and imitating human behaviour. He’ll also explore the variety of innovative ways chatbots can be leveraged to improve day-to-day business efficiencies, and he’ll share specific examples of the AI and chatbot technology he’s developed for leading national brands and global businesses.
