Emerging tech in digital marketing – join our CTO on 13th June as he talks all things chatbots & AI

Categories:

With chatbots offering businesses a cost-effective way to generate sales, procure leads and interact with customers 24/7, it’s little wonder the technology is estimated to save businesses up to £6 billion a year.

Already in use by 30% of the world’s top-performing organisations, AI offers a proven means to free-up valuable resource while delivering consumers a superior brand experience – one that’s increasingly in demand as 50% of audiences now prefer to converse with a company via messaging, over email communication.

As we increasingly move towards the widespread adoption of Artificial Intelligence in business, our Merchant CTO, Dan Meineck, will be discussing the impact this emerging tech is having on traditional digital marketing activity and how effectively it can be used with both B2B and B2C audiences.

Taking place at our Merchant Head Office in Southampton on the evening of 13th June 2019, Dan - who is regularly invited by Microsoft to guest speak at international technology events - will share his industry-leading insight into AI and Chatbot technology in a one-and-a-half hour session.

The evening event, in conjunction with the CIM, will begin at 6pm with informal networking, after which Dan’s presentation will start at 6.30pm. The floor will then be open for questions before concluding with an interactive workshop, during which Dan will illustrate, with examples, how chatbots and AI can be applied to positive effect in a range of businesses and offer a good ROI.

Throughout his talk, Dan will demonstrate the effectiveness of chatbots in understanding and imitating human behaviour. He’ll also explore the variety of innovative ways chatbots can be leveraged to improve day-to-day business efficiencies, and he’ll share specific examples of the AI and chatbot technology he’s developed for leading national brands and global businesses.

With a wealth of technical knowledge and an impressive track record in designing and implementing emerging tech solutions for business applications - including a Premier League Football Club and the RNLI - Dan’s talk promises to offer audiences an engaging insight into the power and potential AI and chatbots offer organisations.

Tickets cost just £10 for CIM members, studying members and students and are £20 for UK based non-members. Non-EU residents will need to contact the regional events team. Bookings can be made via the CIM website here

If you have any questions regarding the event, or you’re unable to attend but would still like to speak with Dan about chatbot and AI technology for your business, Dan can be reached directly on 02380 225478 or via email at dan@merchant.agency
